Privacy notice
Short version: this site does not track you, sell your data, or use cookies. Here is what does happen when you use it.
Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, the following information is collected: your name, brand or company name (optional), email address, budget range (optional), and the message you write.
That information is used only to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis, in plain words: you reached out, so the information is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
Submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and are then deleted. There is no newsletter list, no CRM, and no automated marketing.
Processors
Web3Forms
Form submissions are delivered to the site owner's inbox via Web3Forms. Web3Forms receives the submission data for the sole purpose of forwarding it by email. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
Cloudflare
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare provides cookieless, aggregate analytics (page views and approximate country-level traffic) with no personal tracking, no cookies, and no cross-site profiling. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Instagram / Meta
The reels section of this site can display embedded Instagram content. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, each reel shows a "Load reel" button first, no request is made to Instagram or Meta until you choose to tap it. For visitors outside those regions, reels load automatically on page load.
Once a reel loads, Instagram's servers receive a request and Meta's privacy policy applies from that point.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of any personal data held about you, or request that it be deleted, by emailing collabs@sheclockedoff.com. Requests are handled as promptly as possible.
